Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing by email to info@explorebridge.com.pk. Refunds are calculated on the total trip cost per traveller cancelled, based on days remaining before departure.

Force majeure
In the event of border closures, natural disasters, government advisories, or other force-majeure events, we work with providers to reschedule your trip or issue a credit for the same value. Where refunds are not possible from third-party providers, the same limitations apply to our own refund position.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling a confirmed booking to different dates within the same season is free once, subject to availability. Subsequent reschedules attract a 10% administration fee.
Insurance
We strongly recommend all travellers hold personal travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and personal effects. We can suggest providers on request.
