Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all bookings made with Explore Bridge ("we", "us"). By confirming a booking with a deposit, you agree to them on behalf of every traveller in your party.

Operating entity: Explore Bridge is the travel-brand segment of Explore Immigrations — the SECP-registered legal entity under which we operate, DTS Punjab licence #11651. All contracts, invoices, and legal notices are issued in the name of Explore Immigrations.

Booking & deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your dates. The balance is due seven days before departure. All amounts are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are per person, per tier, and are held for the itinerary in the written proposal.

What’s included

Every itinerary lists the inclusions in writing. Standard inclusions across our tours: ground transport as per tier, accommodation on twin-share, breakfast daily, English-speaking tour leader, and guided sightseeing per itinerary. Not included: flights (unless mentioned), personal expenses, insurance, tips, permits requiring photocopies (managed separately), and seasonal fees.

Changes & substitutions

We may substitute hotels or vehicles of equivalent tier if circumstances require. If a substitution reduces the value of the trip, the difference will be refunded or credited. Weather, road closures, and force-majeure events may reshape the itinerary; we always aim to preserve the intended experience.

Traveller obligations

Travellers must carry valid CNIC/passport, medical fitness for the tier of activity booked, and honour reasonable instructions from the tour leader. Behaviour that endangers the group may result in removal from the trip without refund.

Liability

Explore Bridge acts as an intermediary between travellers and independent service providers (hotels, transport, guides). We are not liable for loss, injury, or delay caused by acts, omissions, or defaults of any third party outside our reasonable control. Travellers are strongly advised to hold their own travel insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
